Project description, conslucion and results:

Subject of the project is acquisition of technology for recycling used abrasive material. This technology is designed for processing and reuse of secondary raw materials, industrial waste, which arise during machining and cutting of material by high pressure water jet.

Since 2019, AQUAdem, s.r.o. recycled, thanks to the acquisition of the technology, about 50 tons of used abrasive material, which brought savings of approx. 316 000 CZK. Over time, the company expects to increase the amount of recycled material due to the increasing number of orders. It also managed to reduce the time required when handling material flows (removal, transport of secondary raw materials) and increase the environmental friendliness (dramatic reduction of landfilled waste).
