AQUAdem is equipped with the latest CNC machine for water jet cutting from the company Water Jet Sweden NC4030T – effective surface 3000 x 4000 mm, 3 cutting heads.
Technical options of water jet cutting
- Accuracy of the product shape at water jet cutting– positional deviation +/ – 0.1 mm
- Economical use of the material surface
- Controlled axes x, y, z – CAD/CAM graphic workplace, processing data from the drawing, DXF, DWG
- Semi products for cutting 1000 x 2000, 1250 x 2500, 1500 x 3000, 2000 x 4000 and any minor semi products
- Thickness of the material to be cut is from the foils up to 150mm
