A precise cut is not enough. Parts after laser or waterjet cutting have edges with burrs, scale, or an oxidized layer. If you want to assemble or paint them immediately, this step cannot be skipped. We can now handle it for you.
What the machine can do for you:
- Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass – machine grinding regardless of the material, including complex-shaped parts where manual processing is time-consuming and lacks consistent quality.
- Foiled parts – we also process parts with protective film without the need to peel it off beforehand.
- Wet process with continuous drying – no accumulation of shavings, a clean environment, and parts are immediately dry and ready for further processing.
