Laser Operator
Job Description:
- Operation and setup of CNC laser cutting machines (BySprint Fiber and BySmart Fiber) including ByTrans automation
- Material preparation and monitoring of cutting parameters for various types of metals (structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass)
- Continuous quality control of cut parts and adjustment of settings
- Collaboration with the production team
- Regular maintenance and cleaning of the machine
What we expect from you:
- Min. vocational training in a mechanical engineering field
- Experience with CNC laser operation is a major advantage
- Ability to read technical documentation
- Responsibility, precision, and technical thinking
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation

Job Description:
- Operation of a modern CNC waterjet cutting machine with an effective area of 3,000 × 4,000 mm and 2 cutting heads
- Material loading, cutting process management, and dimensional accuracy control of parts
- Collaboration with the production team
- Regular maintenance and cleaning of the machine
What we expect from you:
- Min. vocational training in a mechanical engineering field
- Experience with waterjet operation is an advantage
- Ability to read technical documentation and work with drawings

Job Description:
- Operation and setup of a 3-axis vertical machining center ZPS MCV 1060i according to drawing documentation
- Clamping of workpieces and tools (ISO 40, measurement using a ZOLLER device and HEIDENHAIN probe)
- Continuous in-process inspection of dimensions and quality of machined parts
- Collaboration with the production team
- Regular maintenance and cleaning of the machine

- Min. vocational training in a mechanical engineering field
- Experience with the operation and setup of CNC milling machines/centers is required
- Excellent ability to read technical documentation

- Continuous quality control of finished pressed parts
- Collaboration with the production team
- Maintenance of the workplace and cleanliness of the press
What we expect from you:
- Vocational education in a mechanical engineering field is an advantage; manual dexterity is essential
- Experience with pressing or work in metal production
- Ability to read basic drawing documentation
- Precision, responsibility, and reliability

Job Description:
- Operation of conventional machines – pillar and bench drills, thread cutting on a manual tapping machine
- Performing locksmithing, assembly, and workshop tasks according to provided drawing documentation
- Assembling and completing parts into final units
- Continuous inspection of work performed and quality
- Maintaining order at the workplace and caring for assigned tools
What we expect from you:
- Vocational training in a mechanical engineering field (locksmith/mechanical fitter)
- Experience in a similar position in metal production is an advantage
- Ability to read drawings and proficiency with measuring tools
- Manual dexterity, reliability, and diligence
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
