3D measurement - CNC measuring system
3D měření provádíme na souřadnicovém digitálním CNC stroji – velmi přesném zařízení, které vytvoří naprosto přesnou rozměrovou charakteristiku každé měřené součásti nebo dílu.
How the measurement process works
The machine is equipped with a rotary head and a touch sensor that captures the exact dimensions of the part from all necessary directions
Measurement results can be compared with a standard drawing or directly with a 3D model in CAD format
We manufacture CNC sheet metal and machined parts including 3D reports, and perform commercial 3D measurement – basic parameters:
- three-coordinate measuring machine DEA Global Silver Classic 9.20.8
- X-axis travel (mm) 900
- Y-axis travel (mm) 2000
- Z-axis travel (mm) 800
Accuracy of the 3D measuring machine:
- MPEE = 2.2 + L/300µm
- MPEP = 2.2 µm
- MPETHP = 3.9 µm/68 sec.
3D software:
- PC-DMIS TM V2011 CAD++
- SolidWorks Standard 3D CAD software
Equipment:
- NC indexable head TesaStar (A: -90° to -115°, B: -180° to +180°, 5° step, 3024 positions)
Leitz LSP-X1s scanning probe (0-115mm) - star stylus
